The Imperial team did a great job w remodeling my 25 yr old deck. Upgraded materials, lights, new style railing and privacy screening. Extremely pleased w the finished product. As all projects have owner 'issues' as the work is being done. These issues were of taste not quality. Giovanni was flexible as we requested the changes mid project. He wanted to make sure we received the product that we wanted. As a side note, I also use Imperial for lawn maintenance to include mowing, leaf pickup, aeration and over seeding each year.

We decided to use Imperial Landscaping to cut our grass and also to do some landscaping work on our front yard and we were quite pleased with the work Giovanni and the guys have done for us. Really fair pricing for the mowing service too, considering the steep sloping of our backyard. They are reliable and consistent and do many other homes in our neighborhood. Giovanni and his team of professionals did an outstanding job delivering and spreading 12 cubic yards of mulch in a matter of hours. Not only did they show up when they said they would, the job was estimated on a Saturday and done the following Wednesday. The mulch was applied on the side of a steep slope with numerous rose bushes, none were damaged. Review the before and after photos on their website and you will see their excellent work. Giovanni and the team did a spectacular job replacing our flagstone patio, installing new fencing and railing, landscaping and sod installation. We were impressed with the way the work was performed, how friendly and obliging the workers were, and attention to detail including clean up.
