It’s a very large yard with a lot of landscaping. For the amount of work that was necessary, I received a fair price. Giovanni was professional. He took notes and completed every task meticulously. The Imperial team did a great job w remodeling my 25 yr old deck. Upgraded materials, lights, new style railing and privacy screening. Extremely pleased w the finished product. As all projects have owner 'issues' as the work is being done. These issues were of taste not quality. Giovanni was flexible as we requested the changes mid project. He wanted to make sure we received the product that we wanted. As a side note, I also use Imperial for lawn maintenance to include mowing, leaf pickup, aeration and over seeding each year.
